Steven Henderson

Steve is a senior finance and commercial advisor and business leader with deep expertise and experience developed over the past 25 years. His senior leadership roles include Chief Financial Officer, Finance Director, Commercial Director, Strategy & Transformation Manager across multi-national organisations and small to medium businesses.

Exposure to many different businesses and industries has given Steve a unique ability to quickly understand the core value drivers of a business and market forces at play, and to then develop and execute robust strategic growth plans.

Outside of work, Steve is a keen amateur sportsman with a passion for cycling and the pursuit of a challenge! He also enjoys fantastic food, wine and great conversations.
