Tom is a seasoned business professional with a 35-year career spanning both the entrepreneurial and corporate worlds.
  
With near 20 years as a practitioner of Private Equity (NBC Capital) buying, growing and selling fast growth businesses Tom developed hands-on experience as Company Chair, Board Director and C-Level Roles as he co-managed funds totaling $970 million.

These include businesses/shareholders looking to grow, to sell out/sell down, interim CEO, CFO, and General Manager roles, raising capital, acquiring and merging, International expansion, to restructure or turn around, succession out, or to process improve.
